Tamale-based radio presenter Abdul Rahman Ishmael popularly known as Zinzam finally replies to the Ntv Ghana Trending/Dichana host Mohammed Hafiz Gee-Face’s command which he disseminated on his social media outlet 48 hours ago, on April 11, 2023, as it’s discouraging and directing the rapper Maccasio and his fans from voting for the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 24th (VGMA) reggae/dancehall “Song Of The Year” category.
The Gbangu Fm Am Show host Zinzam has also taken his Facebook page on April 13, implying that, Gee Face’s owns Maccasio and 69 fans a hefty apology for putting the message across to the general public as a co-media personality in Northern Ghana. Because he believed it might discourage some of the fan bases from voting for Maccasio to win the Reggae/Dancehall song of the year.
“According to Zinzam, “Looking at what my boss G Face posted about Macassio in the VGMA Awards category of “Best Reggae Dancehall Song of the Year”, I didn’t buy the idea of his submission. Though he might tell the truth, it isn’t the right time as a media man and an influencer to say so.
My smallish mind about that issue is, he could’ve maintained that post, and after, then he could’ve proven to the 69 Fans what he was having in mind for the scheme. Even if that would have favored his mind self.
Everyone can do mistakes and I hope that, as I said earlier on. He might say the truth but it isn’t the right time. Through my observation, My boss G Face owed Maccasio and 69 Fans an apology, as a Media person” he requested.
