The Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD) has changed the procedure to allow workers to change their mobile phone numbers on the Epayslip system.
CAGD described the process for individuals to change their mobile number on the Epayslip portal.
People are to note that because the Epayslip interface has changed, the steps to change numbers have also changed.
The old procedures will no longer work. As a result, CAGD has indicated that a request (whether a change of phone number or termination of an Epayslip user account) of any employee controlled by the department and the compensation account is subject to the new process. indicated below;

âš«Write a letter accompanied by a letter from your Head of Department (HoD) or HR.
âš«Add a copy of the Ghana Card and the SSNIT Card.
âš«Submit these documents to the CAGD Regional Office for onward submission to the Treasury Headquarters.
