Legends Boy has disclosed Northern Entertainment Awards (NEA) is rather using artists for money, but not ready as an organization to help anyone, after winning the North East Overall Artist Of The Year category for 2022, he draws people’s attention.
The NEA Northeast “Overall Artist Of The Year” has received nothing, not even a radio interview was offered talked more of giving him an envelope (money) to be shown how determining and great is the award scheme in the North. The sad revelation was done on June 19, 2023.
Comparing other regions award schemes in terms of mindset to what is in the North, he felt regret for ever filed to NEA 2022. Legend has taken his social media and expressed his disappointment to the public.
“Through my observations, I have seen Northern Ghana music awards to be a waste of resources and time.
“I have felt regret after winning the Northern Entertainment Awards (NEA) 22 “Artist Of The Year” and they gave me nothing aside from giving the so-called “PLAQUE”.”
He counted “These guys only spent our money without performing the tasks there were supposed to perform as an organization. I have received nothing North East Artist Of The Year 22. Until the North as a whole got to know that, our so call Northern award scheme is not here to help us. I dare you, people would be falling victim.”
