Al Ittihad of the Saudi Pro League is reportedly interested in signing Ghana and West Ham United’s Mohammed Kudus.

According to ESPN, Al Ittihad has been keeping close tabs on Kudus and could make him their latest marquee signing.

The Saudis already have some big names on their roster, including Karim Benzema and N’Golo Kante.

Kudus had a great Premier League debut season despite only joining West Ham United from Ajax Amsterdam a year ago.

The Ghanaian international scored 14 goals and provided six assists for the Hammers, who placed ninth in the Premier League and advanced to the UEFA Europa League quarterfinals, at the conclusion of his rookie season.

Due to his outstanding play, he has been linked to leaving West Ham, and if a huge offer is made, Saudi Arabia has been mentioned as a possible destination.

The 23-year-old is reportedly being pursued by Manchester United and Liverpool, two teams looking to bolster their offensive lines in preparation for the upcoming season.

Given that Kudus had previously collaborated with Ten Hag at Ajax, the Red Devils were among the teams to reach out to him prior to his arrival at West Ham.

However, the English giants ultimately chose Antony, but the Brazilian has yet to produce consistent results.

West Ham signed Kudus for £38 million, and the midfielder still has four years left on his current contract, so he will not be cheap.

The Hammers are known for being tough negotiators when it comes to selling their assets, having demanded the full £105 million from Arsenal before allowing former captain Declan Rice to join the Gunners last year.
