The former Minister of Trade and Industry Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen has said that Ghana needs to do more than to just talk. He said in a statement that Ghana needs to deliver action and not just talk.

he added, it’s great to get things done rather than talk. He said that he will make sure to engender in his Great Transformational Plan if he becomes president of Ghana.

On the 10th January, 2023, the minister, said that Ghana is gradually becoming a NATO Country. He cited the fact that Ghana is not active in doing concrete action to resolve existing problems.

“As a country, we must be proud of the expertise of our people and not mediocrity. as a society, we should focus on our people rather than on meaningless blabbering. ghana isn’t a nato country, but we are gradually becoming one – we need now to remember that action is more important than words. we need to look for solutions and work on those, not debate them”, he said.

He formally make his intention for vying for the flagbearership bid in the 17-minute address. He thus unveiled his intention to contest in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries when nominations open.

He said that he would announce his intention to contest for the position of political leader of the party. It happened after he announced his intention to contest the flagbearership the for the NPP party.
