Striker De Donzy, a music star in the Mamprugu Music industry and the northern region at large, in a recent interview with Radio Tamale’s presenter Big Malik, clarified the idea behind his much talked about song, Sandani .
Sandani, is an apology song which is mostly known for being dedicated to Fancy Gadam in an attempt to resolve the pending agitation between them over the song Asadaachi.
In response to Big Malik’s question about the song’s purpose, De Donzy, gave the reason that it was different from what music lovers are taken it in to.
According to De Donzy, it’s not an apology to Fancy Gadam but a normal song to beg forgiveness from anyone he has ever hurt in his music career.
” I play the song as a normal song but due to the controversy surrounding the song, the fan base are taking it to different level” He said
“I didn’t play the song for an individual person though Fancy Gadam name was mentioned in the song but the main agenda of the song is different” He added
